Course Selection for 8th Graders
The Course Selection Meeting for eighth-graders and their parents will be held on Thursday, January 25, at 6 p.m. in the L-S High School Performing Arts Center. The course selection process and a complete review of the criteria for Accelerated Algebra I will be shared at the meeting. At the conclusion of the informational session, students will have a chance to tour the building, and high school department heads will be available to answer questions.
Course Selection Timeline (January-February 2024)
January 24 - Course selection presentations to students during Flex
January 25 - Course Selection Informational Night, 6 p.m., High School PAC
(for parents and students to attend)
January 26 - Course selection sheets distributed to students during ELA class
February 2 - Student course selection sheets due to homeroom teachers
February 9 - Students input course selections during Flex
